Food for Your Soul
Sarah has been passionate about food for as long as she can remember and in 2017 decided to turn that passion into a career.
Following a 15 year career in the city (and two children) Sarah trained at Tante Marie, the oldest cookery school in the country, and gained a Cordon Bleu diploma. The year training enabled her to refine the home cook skills and emerge as a skilled chef.
The food journey has evolved further post college and Sarah has discovered a love of plant based cooking and eating. Growing up on a small holding there was always an understanding of seasonal food. This has developed into a passion for celebrating seasonal local cooking.
